The sugar paste is a tool for depilation, which is composed of sugar, lemon and water. You can make this mixture at home by yourself.
You do not have to be afraid of ingrown hairs and skin irritation when you are using the sugar paste.
The pain that you will feel is incomparably lower than with waxing, and with time it significantly reduces the number of hairs and they become softer and less common.
In principle, this method of depilation contributes to closing the hair follicle and prevents its growth.
After the depilation with sugar paste, your skin will be soft and smooth as a baby skin.
There are no allergic reactions and other adverse side effects due to the fact that it only contains natural ingredients that correspond to the body and do not stick on the skin such as the wax.
The sugar paste is recommended for removing the hairs from intimate parts, as well as for removing the hairs from the hands.
See how to make the sugar paste for hair removal:
Ingredients for the preparation of the sugar paste
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
Mix all of the ingredients well, place them in a deep pot and let them cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes.
When the mixture starts to boil, remove it from the heat and pour it into a deep bowl, preferably metal. The mixture should look like caramelized sugar cake.
Allow it to cool down a little -- but not too much, so then start with the separation: part by part, stretching the mixture with your fingers until it gets a structure similar to chewing gum.
If it is necessary, add a drop of water -- but nothing more.
Instructions for the depilation with sugar paste
Before you start with the depilation you have to clean the spots on your skin where you plan to remove the hairs. It would be best to put a bit of child powder, so that the skin is additionally dried.
Make sure that the length of the hairs is not longer than 5 mm.
The procedure is performed by applying the separated parts of the paste on the place from which you want to remove the hair and be careful because the paste has to be applied on the opposite direction of the hair growth!
Then the glued pieces of the pasta are pulled in the direction of the hair growth and you are done! As you can see, the process is different than waxing, where the wax is applied in the same direction of the hair growth.
After the depilation, it is necessary to rinse the skin with water and then put on a cream that suits your skin type.
At the beginning, repeat this depilation with sugar paste 2-3 times a week, and then do the procedure once a month because by then the hairs will be significantly thinned, so there will be no need for more frequent removals.
The used mixture can not be return edin the bowl for a second use, you can not use the mixture more than once!
The depilation with sugar paste is convenient for women who have problems with varicose veins and broken capillaries. In short term, the sugar depilation is recommended for everyone.
The only thing you have to be careful about is not to drop or spill the mixture on the floor, while it is still hot, because you might have troubles with the cleaning or something even worse; if you spill this hot mixture on yourself, you might cause quite large skin burns.
