Cleansing the body from toxins, especially the lungs, helps the proper functioning. Smokers should pay particular attention to these tips.
The cleansing process lasts three days.
The three-day detoxification:
-- Two days before you start the cleansing process, you need to eat and drink dairy products.
-- On the first day of the regime, you need to drink a cup of herbal tea before going to bed. This will release toxins from the intestines.
Early in the morning, you need to drink 300 ml of water with two squeezed lemons. Then, drink 300 ml of grapefruit juice, but if the taste is too uncomfortable, you should drink the same amount of pineapple juice.
-- Between breakfast and lunch, drink 300 ml of carrot juice, because this will help you alkalize the blood during the three days of cleansing.
-- At lunchtime, drink 400 ml of juice rich in potassium, because it acts as a tonic that cleanses the inside. Potassium is found in bananas, apricots, pears…
-- Before going to bed, you need to drink 400 ml of cranberry juice because this will help you fight against the bacteria in the lungs which cause infection.
-- Relax for 20 minutes in a warm bath during these three days, because the toxins can be removed from the body by sweating.
-- Put five to ten drops of eucalyptus essential oil in a container with boiling water and inhale with a towel over your head. Inhale the steam until the water cools down.
