Five-Minute Exercises For a Healthy Spine

This complex of exercises is recommended for the prevention and treatment of spinal problems, in order to renew and preserve the mobility of the spine, as well as for fixation and strengthening of the intervertebral discs.

You can do it as a daily morning exercise. By doing this exercise, you will keep your spine flexible and resilient until the old days. Exercises can be done even in the lumbago period.
