The simplest way to strengthen nails at home is -- every day, or at least every other day, within 2-3 weeks, to do a 10-minute treatment (bath) with sea salt, which contains the necessary complex minerals to strengthen nails.

For this treatment you will need:
- 200 ml of hot water
- 2 tablespoons of sea salt
- slice of lemon
- a few drops of olive oil
